5+ years of production software engineering experience
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Manager, preferably in LLMs or related fields.
Strong background in training and fine-tuning large neural networks.
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on machine learning or artificial intelligence.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
ML experience as an ML engineer, Data Scientist, or another similar role
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, or tools such as Kubernetes and Terraform
Experience building large-scale data processing pipelines, with tools like PySpark, Beam, or Flink
